Me: [looking at a newspaper with Owain] I'm going to find you a date *flicks to adverts* Owain: I like having a girlfriend because I can say 'Ha ha all you sad single people' Me: Awww, how nice *reads adverts* Alright, so you want a woman *reads* A 45 year old woman is seeking a toyboy for discreet fun. That could be you. Owain: Shut up Me: Ooooh, there's a 'Black Sugar Daddy seeking company' Owain: *isn't impressed* Matt: *walks in* I have loads of work to do again tonight. It's so bloody tiring at the moment. Owain: Would a black sugar daddy help you take your mind off things?
Duncan: Owain, what is the Scythian tribe from? Owain: It's from King Lear when Lear disowns Cordelia 'The barbarous Sythians' Me: How do you remember that? Owain: Because I'm ace. They were a Middle Aged tribe from the Baltic Sea Me: What all 45 with receeding hairlines?

I was made to sit and watch Training Day with Matt and Duncan last night, which was crap. Was only consoled by the fact Ethan Hawke isn't that bad looking. However, despite what moderately_lea says, I have not started a new fetish. But I didn't get to the end to see if he died.
Speaking of which, I don't care what the Greek Myths says - I swear to God I killed Hector in Troy from over-attachment.

Harry Potter tonight. I'm going to go find my witch hats for me and Lea. Have already rescued Hedwig from the depths of my room to come along too.
I think I might go find some Harry Potter icons in honour.

I am procrastinating. Again.
I can't wait for the exams to be over. I mean, I have been revising, very hard. I now know all there is to know about the following:
Urbanisation Urbanisation in Mexico City Population changes in Mauritius and France The movement of glaciers Quotes from Act One of Othello
And hopefully by the end of today I shall be able to inform you all about rivers and whatever is next in my glaciation booklet. Plus I will have pretty new hair (I'm off to the hairdressers!)
But it's boring *yawns*

Make way for Prince Ali Say hey! It's Prince Ali
Hey! Clear the way in the old Bazaar Hey you! Let us through! It's a bright new star! Oh Come! Be the first on your block to meet his eye!
Make way! Here he comes! Ring bells! Bang the drums! Are you gonna love this guy!
Prince Ali! Fabulous he! Ali Ababwa Genuflect, shom some respect Down on one knee! Now, try your best to stay calm Brush up your sunday salaam The come and meet his spectacular coterie
Prince Ali! Mighty is he! Ali Ababwa Strong as ten regular men, definitely! He faced the galloping hordes A hundred bad guys with swords Who sent those goons to their lords? Why, Prince Ali
He's got seventy-five golden camels Purple peacocks He's got fifty-three When it comes to exotic-type mammals Has he got a zoo? I'm telling you, it's a world-class menagerie
Prince Ali! Handsome is he, Ali Ababwa That physique! How can I speak Weak at the knee Well, get on out in that square Adjust your vein and prepare To gawk and grovel and stare at Prince Ali!
There's no question this Ali's alluring Never ordinary, never boring Everything about the man just plain impresses He's a winner, he's a whiz, a wonder! He's about to pull my heart asunder! And I absolutely love the way he dresses!
He's got ninety-five white Persian monkeys (He's got the monkeys, let's see the monkeys) And to view them he charges no fee (He's generous, so generous) He's got slaves, he's got servants and flunkies (Proud to work for him) They bow to his whim love serving him They're just lousy with loyalty to Ali! Prince Ali!
Prince Ali! Amorous he! Ali Ababwa Heard your princess was a sight lovely to see And that, good people, is why he got dolled up and dropped by With sixty elephants, llamas galore With his bears and lions A brass band and more With his forty fakirs, his cooks, his bakers His birds that warble on key Make way for prince Ali!
Prince Ali, yes it is he But not as you know him Read my lips and come to grips with reality Yes, meet a blast from your past Whose lies were too good to last Say hello to your precious Prince Ali!
So Ali turns out to be merely Aladdin Just a con, need I go on? Take it from me His personality flaws Give me adequate cause To send him packing on a one-way trip So his prospects take a terminal dip His assets frozen, the venue chosen Is the ends of the earth - whoopee! So long, ex-Prince Ali!

My revision is not going well. For Geography that is. I was going to do loads today, especially as we have a mock test tomorrow (eep!) but I made a revision timetable, then me and Matt took the Rat Dog for a walk, then we decided to watch Harry Potter (I'm insisting that he has some knowledge of it. He previously refused anything Harry Potter-y until he was caught between a conversation of mine and Lea's and then I think he became curiously interested), then I had tea, and now I'm on the internet. Woe. I'm going to fail - if only I could shake off my apathy.
We saw Bill Bailey on Friday night at Salford. I was most amused and chortled copiously. Dave and Matt wouldn't stop giggling (and it was giggling)
LA - I want to go to Canada, lucky wench. Send me a postcard du elan. We learnt about les elans en ma cours de francais a Mecredi. C'etait tres amusant.
Orange are doing Orange Wednesdays. We get to go to see films for £2.00! Wow!

I know, I know - it's been ages since I posted. I like to think it's because I have a very important life and just don't have time to post anymore. In truth, our internet has been playing up a bit and usually kicks me off after 5 or 10 minutes.
Because of this inconvenience I haven't been able to read all your updates mes amis. Please feel free to grace me with a 100 word summery of your recent life.
And happy birthday Dom. How I adore him.
